ADVANTAGES OF "HEC" INDUSTRIAL COMPUTERS OVER NORMAL DESKTOP PC -

 

While working with a number of Industries/Defence/R&D units in India we have found that due to lack of proper knowledge or due to high initial cost, System Integrators & Automation Solution providers in India generally uses the normal Desktop PC instead of Rugged Industrial Computers resulting in a lot of breakdown, accidents, non-upgradability and other networking / communication problem afterwards, which not only result in loss of man-hour but also result in production loss & accidents. COST FACTOR :
Though initial cost of installing a Industrial Computer is thrice that of a normal desktop PC but once installed it starts to pay itself over a period of time because of no maintenance cost, no man-hour loss, no accident due to PC failure and very low up-gradation cost. It is for this reason that most of the Industrial units in Europe & America are using Industrial Computers.
